The story behind this piece
Before the wind wakes up, the lagoon inside the reef turns a milky aqua you can't quite name — not blue, not green, just morning. I strung these cloudy rounds with pearls for that hour. The filigree bead is borrowed from my grandmother's good earrings, the ones she saved for weddings.
