Grass-green crackle-veined beads alternating with wood-grain beads capped in ornate gold filigree bead caps. The filigree gives it an heirloom, vintage feel while the green keeps it fresh. Strung on stretch cord.
The story behind this piece
Coming home by boat, the first thing you see is the hills rising green out of the water, ridge behind ridge. These marbled green beads are those hills from the channel, and the gold filigree caps on the wood beads are the church roofs and tin gleams that tell you exactly which island it is.
