A double-strand bracelet of matte sky-blue druzy-style beads, white iridescent faceted rondelles and rainbow-metallic druzy beads, hung with three silver charms: a ship's wheel, an owl and a key. The two strands wear as one stacked look. Textured beads give it real presence on the wrist.
The story behind this piece
I grew up watching the fishing boats work out of West End, and every wooden boat had its small faithful things — the wheel, the key on a nail, the carvings for luck. The ship's wheel, owl and key on these two blue strands are for those boats, and for how the sea out there is exactly this blue-and-white when they head out early.
