The story behind this piece
My grandmother had one long rope of pearls and a dozen ways to wear it — doubled, knotted, once looped around her Sunday hat when she felt bold. I made this rope long on purpose so it can live more than one life too. Doubled up is how I wear mine, like she did walking to church.
