A choker of multicolor glass seed beads centered on a single marbled cream-and-tan butterfly-shaped focal bead. Tiny beads, big personality, feather weight. Sits right at the base of the throat.
The story behind this piece
Paddling the mangrove channels you go quiet without deciding to, and that's when the butterflies come — crossing the brown-green water like they don't know it's supposed to be spooky in there. I strung a whole channel of color and set one marbled butterfly at the center. She's the one who crossed right in front of my bow.
