The story behind this piece
My mother owned one good strand of pearls, kept in a folded handkerchief, worn only for weddings and the occasional christening — and she'd let me touch it if my hands were clean. Cream pearl, gold ball, all the way around. This bracelet is that handkerchief, opened for every day.
